Puss or fluid? or just a big pimple (revised)?

hello, this is a revision of a question i had, im going to be more descriptive. i have this feeling of somthing "hard"(like puss or fluid) at the top left of my upper lip, going to my left nasal cavity. im unsure if its MRSA like some people have told me, because i dont have any flu symptoms. i work out but i dont have any open cuts and i wash myself daily. at first i thought it was a pimple, but there is not manifestation that allows me to "pop" it. also when i tried to pop it, it hurt lots. and it is very tender, stings a lil to the touch. i can "feel" it without touching it when i move my lips. it is a little swollen, but only slightly and it hasnt changed a different color. i can see how people would think it would be mrsa and i will see my docter about it.. its not a cold sore. im not ually active (virgin). im male if if that matters. if you guys could list some problems that might be causing this id appriciate it.
