Why did Sasuke bring that up to Naruto?

on the fight they had when they were 12-13 naurto said something like "have you come to your senses yet im bringing you home even if i break ever bones in you"" then sasuke said "shut up,what do the hell do you know? you were alone from the very start.no sibling,no parents...thats why are bonds are similar.. do you know what if feels like to loose them hugh?"(screaming out to cry) why Did sauske Need to mention that to him?
