What is the best English/Portuguese translator software, learning/adapting itself to the user and the context?
I use free Google Language Tool and free Babylon, online. But I have to correct too much (perhaps 25% of the characters?), and they never learn what I try to teach them. Desktop, freeware/adware would be preferable, but I would be willing to pay up to US 100.00 if I could find a software that would learn what I teach to it, would adapt its dictionaries/ glossaries/ rules to my preferences, would improve itself in such way that soon would beat Google and Babylon, needing less than 5% of characters to be retyped by way of corrections. Most of my translations are in the fields of theoretical Computer Science, Bible, Theology.
