What's the tackiest tattoo you have ever seen?

Today I saw a woman with Ariel (Little Mermaid) sitting on a rock with flounder the fish swimming right next to her. She was about 40-50. She was wearing a tank top and the tattoo covered her left shoulder/back area. I love Little Mermaid, but the tat looked ridiculous. So, what's the tackiest tattoo you have ever seen?
