If a pvt ltd of India and a delaware LLC have common members, can we consider LLC to be subsidiary of pvt ltd?

If a private limited company of India and a delaware LLC have the same 2 persons (non-resident US aliens / indians) as the only Directors, can we consider LLC to be subsidiary of the private limited company under US / delaware laws? This information is need to file for a L-1 visa.
