Loosing weight help!! how much is to much?

oatmeal is great for a diet. And if your gunna pick carbs wheat bread is the way to go but really still try not to eat to much of it. i have ur problem i always want to eat. Get fruits and veggies like the ones already chopped up in containers. If its easy you'll eat it. Also get popcorn its a great snack takes a while to eat and its pretty good for u.
