Rephrase question concerning unmarked cars?

concerning my last question, i will elaborate. first i havent gotten a ticket since 2003. second, i realize that there are more tickets given out at the end of the month. third, i notice these officers are breaking their own rules that they enforce. fourth, i do think that less crime would be commited if the cars were maeked. do not try to justify your jobs officers with unmarked cars because the majority of you are just giving tickets throughout the day thus having no need for un marked cars. a few months ago there was a bomb scare where i worked. one of the officers stopped to give out a ticket to a co worker (revenue). so again i ask, whats the purpose of unmarked cars besides creating revenue?
