Is my friend phobic? D: Will they ever be friends again? Please help!?

I have this very good friend (lets call her Rosie ^.^) and this other really good friend (lets call her Anne) and Rosie and Anne are pretty much best friends and have been for years. Since before I knew either of them ^.^ So, recently Anne told me she was a and she came out of the closet to the rest of our group of friends. Everyone was pretty okay with it (even the guys :]) except for Rosie... It's not like Rosie straight up told Anne she was upset about it but everyone can kind of tell. Rosie's never seemed phobic in the past but recently she's gotten really distant around Anne and she told me all worried that she doesn't think she can look at Anne the same and she's worried Anne might have a crush on her (which I know for a fact Anne doesn't.) And now Rosie's just really uncomfortable around Anne. What should I do?? Is this normal?? Can they ever be friends again?? Please help D:
