I just went to the doctor?

I went to te doctor today to check up on my chest x ray because I've haven't Ben able to take really good deep breaths. But he said that the x ray was good. I've been really congested and have a sinus infection. I also have really bad anxiety. Could it be the sinus infection the anxiety or both?? Idk what to do anymore. I wish it would get better.
