How would you act around someone who has...?

disrespected you and then has asked for an apology that's not sincere? Please help. I will be attending my granddaughters 1 yr.old birthday party and this person is her paternal grandmother. I accepted her apology. But I don't feel comfortable around her after her disrespect.
