How many people do you know that were put out of a job because of "Affirmative Action"?

Personally none, but you will never know the number of qualified people who were ped up for job positions, simply for companies having to demonstrate diversity in their workforces. You'll also never know what type of deterrent this caused for business to bring new jobs to America simply because they wanted the most qualified people to work on a project. It's reverse discrimination by any definition, and should be abolished.
