How good will make credit be...?

How good will my credit be if i take out two secured credit cards with a max of 300 dollars and use them to pay my insuernce and my internet bill for 6 months, both of them will not exceed 30% of the whole balance of the card. I have no credit history right now, i was trying to get a loan for a motorcycle but they wont allow me cause of my no credit history. The only way i can is with a co signer and there are no co signers available to me.
