Help gaining weight...?
You have to take in as much calories as you burn, and if you have a fast metabolism it means you need to eat more then your usual 3 meals. I suggest eating healthy, calorie packed snacks in between meals, try peanut er sandwiches, try eating yogurt with almonds in it, eat lots of fruits instead of chocolate and sweets. You just have to remember that as a "hard gainer" you burn lots of calories during a normal day, so you have to put more in then you burn. I know this because I am a hard gainer and went from 160lbs on a great day to 195lbs, but also try to workout, this will help in building muscle instead of fat, and it helps in giving you more of an appetite too. Lastly if your a smoker you should quit cause that kills your appetite and it will be hard for you to consume as much food as you need to in order to gain weight. Hope this helps and good luck it's hard but it can be done!
