Frozen pork chop package obtained a crack which opened it. Is it safe?

It is a small crack but noticeable. When thawing in the refrigerator I covered with Reynolds wrap so it didn't get exposed while defrosting. I am guessing it got cracked by the force of other items like pizza boxes and burrito packages shoving into it during it's stay in the freezer. Is it still safe?
